Ever since I’ve started my filmmaking career, I’ve had a passion to bring stories to life. Quick mental editing on the go helps me get shots that are necessary for the project, and not waste time with setups that I won’t use in post. I love how every step of the process brings a new meaning and layer to a story.
I treat every project I direct as its own unique micro culture, getting to expand its universe into the limitless bounds of the imagination. I love to flip things on their head, and think of every possible “what if” scenario as I prep, shoot, and edit a story. The juxtapositions of life are my favorite, and I usually pair the most unlikely duos together to create something new, often funny, and always unique.
